Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
WackO Products does not ship to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
WackO Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
WackO Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Returns Policy

We want to ensure you're happy with your order and the product(s) you've received. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order at [email protected] to discuss return options.

• 10-Day Window: You have 10 days from delivery to initiate a return.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

• Brand New Only: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered.
• Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, undamaged product boxes.
• Complete Contents: All manuals, accessories, and components must be included.

• Installed Items: Products that have been installed, mounted, or used cannot be returned.
• Air Filters: Air filters are highly sensitive to environmental contaminants. Once the protective plastic wrap or sealed box is opened, the filter is considered used and is non-returnable.
• Why This Rule Exists: Installed or unsealed filters immediately collect ambient dust, pet dander, and allergens, making them a health hazard to restock and dangerous for resale.
• Fitment Responsibility: Please verify your exact filter dimensions and part numbers before breaking the manufacturer packaging.

• Shipping Damage: Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Report shipping damage within 48 hours.
• Manufacturer Defects: If an item is defective, contact us immediately. We will issue a prepaid shipping label and send a replacement after inspection.

• Shipping Costs: Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made a fulfillment error.
• Restocking Fee: Restocking fees up to 20% may apply to returns.
• Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Inspection Process: We inspect all returns within 7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
• Approval Notice: We will email you once your return is approved or rejected based on item condition.
• Credit Timeline: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
